New Year Resolutions

New Years was coming and most of us are starting creating there New Years Resolutions. I want to share my New Years Resolutions;
1."LOOSE WEIGHT"
Believe and always focus on my goal I know that I can achieve the body I really want. I believe to my self that before the day of my wedding I can achieve a body I really want.
2. "HAVE AN EFFORT TO SAY THANK YOU TO YOUR ESPECIAL SOMEONE"
I'm so thankful that I have a fiance that always make an effort to make me happy. he is hands on with the wedding preparation and I'm so thankful w/ that. I promise to my self that I'll make it double to say thank you to him even in a small things that he will do to me.
3. "DOUBLE EFFORT TO SAVE MONEY FOR THE FUTURE"
This time we have lots of expenses with our wedding and most of our savings used to pay for the supplier that's why I'm telling to my fiance that after our wedding we must be "higpit sinturon" so that we can save a money for the future.
4. "TAKE CARE THE HEALTH OF SPECIAL SOMEONE"
This coming year I'll make it 100% to take care the health of my special someone like giving him an everyday fresh fruit juices and convincing to be always fit.
5. "AVOID THE FIGHT WITH HUSBAND TO BE"
Six months from now we're officially husband and wife and I'm wishing that we should avoid and less the fight. make an effort to be patience to him. with this I know that our relationship would become much stronger 100%.
6. "HAVE A HENRY'S TIME AND ROCHELLE'S TIME"
I know its hard but Ill make sure to be understandable to him if sometimes he really wants to have a get together with his buds. like me sometimes I want to have a girly talk with my girlfriends. " nothing to be jealous Ill be MRS TAN NEXT YEAR".

I'm just thinking how to tell our friends and relatives that Henry and I are getting married. then, Henry told me to print a save the date card even in cheap cost. but I decided to make it DIY with the help of his nephew "Myles"

Christmas Wishlist

My Christmas Wishing List
Few days more and it's already christmas time. I want to share some of my wishing list.
1. Spend christmas time to all my loveones.
2. To buy a gift for my loveones
3. To have a new shoes and clothes that I can use on christmas day and on my pre-nuptial pictorial.
4. Wish to have a beauty treatment.( hahaha!!! girly things!!!)
5. To achieve a body i'm wishing for.

Choosing Make-up artist

It so hard to choose a make-up artist on your wedding day because when you walk the aisle people should react automatically to your face. as a bride I want to be very beautiful on my big day.....

trial a make-up is the best way to have a beautiful make-up......I dont care to expense a lot of many as long as I'm sure that I can get a good make-up artist.

Wala naman kasi how famous is your make-up artist nasa hiyang yan kung she knows ano bagay sa mukha mo. I'm not saying na basta ka na lang kumuha ng make-up artist even not knowing it.

Nov.27, 2009 was my first trial make-up with Henry. I know henry when he make-up w/ my sister inlaw thats why i decided to have a trial make-up w/ him...wheeew!! layo ng place nya hinanap pa namin ni H2b.

my rating was 8 out of 10. as of now I already book him as a make-up artist for my entourage. but for my self i'm still searching.as I've said I'm still searching for the best make-up artist.

A Different Proposal

We planned our wedding last August and started to booked suppliers without having a formal proposal. I figured out that this "wedding preps" would only happen once in a lifetime and it would be unfair not to give a formal proposal. Fast forward...

We went to Megamall to attend a bridal fair last October 9, 2009. We roam around at the booths and can't find anything we want to book. I told Rochelle I just go to the restroom. Little did she know that my intention is to get the engagement ring that I have reserved in Matus. When I went back to the fair, she saw the paper bag that I am holding and asked how did I managed to have that bag from Matus. (Hint?) Trying my best not to spill the moment and wanted to have an element of surprise, I just told her they gave away paper bags maybe for promotions. (Whew!)

After Megamall, we went to Robinsons. By the way, I just planned to do the proposal as simple as possible and maybe over a cup of coffee so I asked her to stay in Starbucks but she opted to go to Frenchbaker. Anyway, she went to the restroom after we secure a seat in Frenchbaker. She left her handbag in the table and I realized to put the ring inside her bag and hoping she would find it later on...but as soon as she went back, she did checked her bag and saw a small box with totally clueless reaction, she asked me, "babe, what's this?" I told her to open it. She opened it and I whispered, "will you marry me?" She said "YES" of course with a big smile in her face.
